A postdoctoral position available in the area of trace gas flux measurements at the University of California, Berkeley. The position involves the day-to-day responsibility for methane, carbon dioxide and energy flux measurement study for a set of sites in the Berkeley Biometeorology Lab Ameriflux Mesonetwork. Sites include an oak savanna, annual grassland and tidal and non-tidal wetlands.
The candidate will be responsible in acquiring and processing eddy covariance data, the analysis, the interpretation of field data, modeling trace gas fluxes at the local and regional scales and writing of scientific papers.
